Cancellation Policy: Written notification of cancellation is required within 30 days or more before the date of the seminar. Acceptable transmission methods include fax, email or surface delivery mail. Refunds will be issued following receipt of written notification less a $15.00 processing fee. No shows or failure to submit written notification will result in forfeiture of registration fees. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to a seminar will not be accepted except in serious situations which, subject to evaluation by Calibre Press management, include death or serious illness in the immediate family, a court appearance, a major departmental emergency or a call-up to military duty. A $25 fee will be levied on checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Refunds may take 4 – 6 weeks for checks and credit card payments over 120 days old.
