All cancellations must be submitted in writing to veronica@calibrepress.com.
Replacements are accepted at any time. Registrant/Agency will receive a full refund on cancellations received in writing up to 15 days prior to the scheduled seminar. Agency/participant canceling within 14 days of the 1st day of the seminar will be responsible for 100% of registration fee. However, Calibre Press will hold said fee as a credit for use in any future training course. Credits do not expire and are transferable. Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the month (or next business day). Participants in our course may be videotaped or photographed. Such images may be displayed on LifeLine Training and/or Calibre Press’s website and Facebook pages. We will not share or sell your information to a 3rd Party without your written consent.
