My credit card won’t process. What should I do?
Is the card you’re using a department/company card? If so, you need to enter the FULL name on the card into the “FIRST NAME” section and then the DEPARTMENT/COMPANY name into the “LAST NAME” section. That should solve your problem.
Also please be sure you are entering the billing address for the card, not the department address.
