BODYCAM: Las Vegas New Years’ Eve Shooting
The suspect ignored dozens of commands by officers before approaching

Las Vegas Metro Police Officers were assisting U.S. marshals in arresting 23-year-old Keith Childress Jr. Police confronted him and ordered him to drop what they thought was a gun in his right hand (but what would later turn out to be a cellphone). Childress ignored their commands and then walked toward officers. Two officers then opened fire, fatally striking Childress.
