Lt. Jim GlennonThis webinar will examine police culture and leadership, with the goal of helping you—regardless of your rank—become an agent for positive change in your agency. This topic has never been more relevant to our profession, and, as Glennon attests, it’s incumbent upon all officers to be leaders and ambassadors for improvement.

The third generation in a family of law enforcement officers, Glennon began his career with the Lombard (Il.) Police Department in 1980, holding positions from patrol officer to lieutenant. Glennon has a BA in psychology and a master’s degree in police management. He is the author of Arresting Communication and the owner of Calibre Press.
