VIDEO: Taser Deployed, Car Erupts in Flames

The Border Patrol released video on Tuesday showing agents firing a Taser into a vehicle, just moments before the vehicle becomes erupts in flames, killing the driver.

According to court documents, the driver was returning from Texas to California and had been driving for 22 hours when he drove the wrong direction on Interstate 8 at a Border Patrol checkpoint. The driver then led agents on a three-minute chase, before being stopped by spike strips.
