Man killed by San Francicso Police leaves Suicide Note:
San Francisco police said a search of the mobile phone of the dead man revealed a letter in which the man took responsibility for his own death, SFGate.com reported. The letter was addressed, “Dear Officer(s),” urged them not to feel responsible and said, “You had no other choice.”
Man arrested after shooting spree:
