Calibre Press Street Survival Seminar Sponsorship
PoliceOne is offering exclusive sponsorship opportunities for our Street Survival® Seminars. These opportunities are being limited to a small number of prominent law enforcement companies. Calibre Press has been the premier officer survival training company for more than 25 years. Sponsorships will be non-competitive and companies selected will have an ongoing right of first refusal for their sponsorship position. Each year, Calibre Press trains more than 7,500 officers from across the country. In addition to the two-day Street Survival seminar, Calibre Press sends a weekly e-newsletter, the Calibre Press Newsline, to 110,000 officers.
Sponsorship Components:
1. Banners/signage with logo placement at registration desk and in seminar rooms
2. Product catalogs at registration desk
3. Advertisement and logo placement in portfolio/workbook
4. Sponsor links in Calibre Press Street Survival Newsline
5. Logos on Calibre Press Web site and in the Street Survival Section on PoliceOne
6. Mentions/logos in print ads
7. Product demos/samples at seminar
8. Sponsor has right to include Calibre logo/sponsorship references in own marketing initiatives
9. Sponsor has right to offer discounts to Calibre attendees, PoliceOne members and Street Survival Newsline readers, communicated via related promotion such as editor's notes and/or deal listings in seminar materials, on web sites and in newsletters
Seminar Exposure:
The Street Survival Seminar will be aggressively promoted across a number of media channels, reaching more than 500,000 officers. Sponsors will receive exposure and brand association as part of this marketing effort. Sponsor logos will appear in the creative associated with seminar marketing initiatives. Below are just some of the marketing channels we will be taking advantage of during 2008:
• PoliceOne.com — Homepage, special section and 100,000 banner impressions per month
• PoliceOne Member Newsletter promotion (3x per week - distribution to over 132,000 subscribers)
